Attic M30
The attic located in the Saïdia neighborhood of Valencia was going to be the first project together for a young couple, Rubén and Leticia. They wanted to turn an old porter’s lodge in a residential building, unused for about 45 years, into a home where our clients and their pets would be the main focus.
Strategy
For this, given the small size of the building, we looked for timeless and multipurpose spaces with a chromatic range that oscillates between the warmth of natural pine wood and earth tones, the freshness of aqua green and the neutrality of white.
Solution
Therefore, we are committed to an open design where the furniture itself defines the different areas, inviting its relocation according to the main use of the space and the maximum use of hidden storage in all the spaces of the same.
All this makes this small residence a peaceful place to enjoy with your loved ones.
