Basic Project Contents
– MEASUREMENT OF THE CURRENT STATE: Analysis of the current situation of the project, measurement of the same, and preparation of the relevant graphic documentation.
– PROPOSAL: Preparation of a maximum of two different proposals oriented to the development of the final project.
– FINAL DOCUMENT + BUDGET: Preparation of the final document of the project where the final proposal and an approximate budget of the total cost of the work will be reflected.
Contents Basic Project + Execution
– MEASUREMENT OF THE CURRENT STATE: Analysis of the current situation of the project, measurement of the same and preparation of the pertinent graphic documentation.
– PROPOSAL: Preparation of a maximum of two different proposals oriented to the development of the final project.
– FINAL DOCUMENTATION: Preparation of the final project document showing the final proposal, the installations, the choice of the various materials, the distribution of the furniture and an approximate budget for the total cost of the work. As well as the formalization of the documents required by the various public entities to carry out the execution of the project.
– MANAGEMENT/DIRECTION OF WORK: Advice and direction of the work until the delivery of keys.
