The residence located in the Saïdia neighborhood of Valencia was meant to be the project where Amparo and Miguel Ángel would spend their free time. The couple aimed to transform a three-bedroom, one-bathroom property into their holiday home.
Strategy
For this, since the main objective is to disconnect as a couple, one of the fundamental requirements in this house is to adapt the overall space to the maximum comfort and increase the hidden storage in all the rooms of the same.
Solution
Therefore, we planned the extension of the bedroom and bathroom and designed a generously sized dressing room in the room next to the aforementioned. In addition, we are committed to a meticulous selection of finishes and, above all, an improvement in thermal and acoustic comfort to reduce energy consumption.
All this makes this vacation residence a space of quality and privacy in which to enjoy as a couple with maximum comfort.
