The residence located in the Saïdia neighborhood of Valencia was meant to be the shared project of a young couple, Marta and Pedro, and their adorable dog, Eros. A space in which to transform a concierge residence in a residential building, unused for approximately 45 years, into a home where our clients and their pet could enjoy quality time together.
Strategy
Since Pedro and Marta love to enjoy their friends, we chose to give as much space as possible to the day area without compromising the dimensions of the private areas of the house. And we faced the challenge of combining Pedro’s rustic style with Marta’s linear style in a chromatic range that oscillates between the warmth of wood, the neutrality of white and the freshness of pastel tones.
Solution
Therefore, we opted for the definition of the different areas through the furniture in the day area and the maximum use of hidden storage in the whole of it.
All this makes this residence a cozy space in which to create new memories and enjoy your loved ones.
